About the Event

Welcome to the K of C Free Throw Contest, hosted by the First Baptist Church of Okemos. This annual community event brings together individuals of all ages who are passionate about basketball. Whether you are a seasoned player or just starting out, this contest is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and have some fun!

Event Details

The K of C Free Throw Contest will be held at the St. Benedict of Waterford gymnasium on Saturday, February 15th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Registration will begin at 9:00 AM, so make sure to arrive early to secure your spot in the contest.

Who Can Participate

This event is open to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a young basketball enthusiast or a seasoned player, there are different age categories available to ensure fair competition. Join us for a day of friendly competition and celebration of the sport.

Contest Format

The K of C Free Throw Contest follows a simple and exciting format. Each participant will have the opportunity to take 15 free throw shots. The number of successful shots will determine the final score. In case of a tie, a sudden death shoot-out will be held to determine the winner.

Prizes

We have exciting prizes lined up for the winners of each age category. Not only will you have the chance to showcase your skills, but you also stand a chance to win fantastic rewards. Prizes include basketball gear, trophies, and gift certificates to local sports stores.
